
Phyical fitness has always been a priority in Nichole's life. She was a competitive track and field athlete for over 15 years, which led her to taking Physical Education and Health at the University of Toronto. She then decided to get an Education degree and pursue a Master's in Education. She also spent a year in Malawi, working for Commonwealth Games Canada, as a sports development officer. Where she worked with communities, using sport as an educational tool for soical issues.
Nichole is currently a PE teacher and a pilates instructor. She is committed to promoting physical activity as a healthy lifestyle and sharing the importance of a holistic approach to working out.
Other activities Nichole enjoys are volleyball, soccer, tennis, snow boarding and yoga.
