Mark Reisler has recently completed his undergraduate degree at Brock University in health sciences. He focused his academics on anatomy and physiology of the human body. During his time at Brock University he trained elite athletes for 3 years. At Brock Mark was the athletic trainer for the national champion baseball and wrestling team, where he had an integrate part in the athletes performance. Currently some of the athletes that Mark has trained are preparing for the Olympic qualifiers.

His passion and enthusiasm brought him to the level where he is today. Mark was actually an elite baseball player when he was younger and developed a rotator cuff injury that prevented him from pursuing a dream in baseball. The fight to get back into elite shape sprung the interest in to training and athletic therapy. He received his athletic training credentials from Brock University in 2002 at the same time he got his Certified Personal Trainer certificate.  Mark plans on continuing his education by attending the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic School in Toronto and develop his knowledge in the field of athletic therapy and sport chiropractic. His eagerness and willingness to succeed will lead him to a future that looks very bright.

Mark uses his mission statement “Using real people to make unique bodies in real time, using proven techniques” as a real motivator for the people that he trains. He believes that everybody can be who they want to be; with the right coaching and motivation his clients achieve their goals.  Mark enjoys playing recreational hockey, baseball and squash. He also loves to run trails and his personal favorite place to run is the Niagara escarpment.
