Daniela has been working in the fitness industry for the last 8 years. Her passion for fitness, combined with her love of the great outdoors was her motivation for starting the Best Body Bootcamp with her husband Roger Nahas. Their vision behind the Best Body Bootcamp was to create a workout that constantly challenges you, so that you don’t get bored with your workouts, and you never hit the dreaded plateau, therefore optimize the amount of calories and fat you burn. Daniela enjoys running, swimming, strength training and yoga.
Most recently she completed the Chek Instititute HLC Level 2 Certification, which has brought her to a new level of understanding of health and fitness.
