The Best Body BootCamp welcomes men and women of all ages and levels of fitness. From the newbie to the fitness fanatic, each and every workout is different and challenging. Have fun in a great social setting while you work toward your Best Body.
Classes are 1 hour each, 3 times a week - Mon/Wed/Fri. Mornings or evenings.
